Training and Assessment

Training and assessment are very critical to ensure smooth and satisfying performance of the Kendra’s.  We need to inculcate our requirements, our work culture, our daily requirements, and documents submissions on daily basis to head office. We ensure vigorous training to our franchise and make sure all parameters are set for smooth take off the Kendra.  Also in the later part assessment plays a major role.  Our field officer will collect daily data,  motivate our franchise to perform better,  guide them to understand the business principles better , train them with better sales and marketing techniques, inculcate neat financial discipline, update them with latest information about services,  update them of latest rules from the government,  update them on latest documentation process for better running of the Kendra. We are well aware of importance of training and assessment Programme.
